Unfortunately the case isn't about hush money, it is how it was accounted for and where the funds came from "campaign contributions".

They didn’t have anything to do with the campaign, the payments happened after the election. Disbursements from Trump to his lawyer, lawyer wrote check, Lawyer sent record back to Trump. Three charges per payment.
