She described it as almost like being a reversion to the Garden of Eden, but all of the sudden.
She thinks she was going for a jog around the neighborhood when she saw something strange happening to the sun. Like an even brighter white light emerged from it and slowly engulfed everything. She remembers being blinded as she was running but she kept going with her eyes closed, almost like running away from the blast. She said she vividly remembers the first step she took when she realized her gym shoes were gone as well as the concrete. She was running hard and could feel it throughout her body. She stopped for a moment and looked around, seeing mostly dust. Everything was decimated. There were no houses, no roads or cars or infrastructure. Just uncultivated land with a few people and animals scattered around.
That was the part of the dream she remembers most vividly. She said she felt completely unharmed physically from the blast. Not a hair on her head was damaged. But everything else was.
My partner was having recurring tsunami dreams years ago, and that spurred us to move inland.
Is your neighbourhood near, or in, a city? IMO the current 'revolution' is global, and the technology we have now, i.e., computers and internet, is allowing people to move away from cities to a more natural environment, without compromizing their ability to make money.
Maybe you guys need to move to a more rural place? I think such dreams are more likely to be a 'warning' for one's personal life.
Good observation
