When is it going to take place because I am employed but looking for a new job. However., the first question thats is asked on the job applications is what is my skin color, am I spanish, what is my sexual preference, do I have a disability. Despite me having 26 years in my field with four industry certified professional certifications. Completely ridiculous!!!!

It is illegal to ask a candidate questions about their:

Age or genetic information
Birthplace, country of origin or citizenship
Disability
Gender, sex or sexual orientation
Marital status, family, or pregnancy
Race, color, or ethnicity
Religion

How is it illegal to ask about citizenship, since I believe it is illegal to hire a non-U.S. citizen unless they have a legal work visa, green card (is that the same?), or other LEGAL reason to be in the U.S.
