I disagree. All the precedents in the world are simply ignored or thrown out when they are against democrats. These lawsuits against Trump were against the rules. They just moved the statute of limitations, changed the definitions, and combined the misdemeanors and felonies in a big mishmash. Rules and precedents don’t apply when they adversely affect democrats.
