Non-Citizens are Citizens of another Country so, If I feel Chinese today, should I be allowed to vote in China? They are ALLOWING citizens of other countries to vote just because, the people say, they feel like they are citizens of USA?
Well the USA is a corporation and it can chose it's citizens. And they can buy there government .
"Then came Citizens United, the Supreme Court's 5-4 First Amendment decision in 2010 that extended to corporations for the first time full rights to spend money as they wish in candidate elections."
Even as a legal American, most are not even citizens of the United States of America. People with state birth certificates are citizens of their state. Naturalized citizens and those with Consular Reports of Birth Abroad have documents that say they are citizens of the United States of America.
I identify as a free man with no allegience to any political party or institution. A man who claims the declarations of our Constitution as my own, a man who believes government is instituted by men and freedom by God. What God makes no man can destroy, what man makes is temporary. Down with the corporate U.S. up with the Constitution declaring me a free man, unattached by anything but my free will to act free with others.
My interpretation of her clip here is that illegals will be able to use this claim, 'they thought/felt they were US citizens' when challenged regarding voting in US elections.
b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c)Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1)each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
This is how they are going to get away with it in November.

I think that's how they plan to play this thing out. Yes.

Look here under part 3.

Their votes can still be thrown out though, even if the voter gets off . . .
And like she says in the video, once the ballot is separated from the identification, there is no way to prove how the alien voted.
only the caught votes will be thrown out.
Possibly hundreds of thousands more won't be caught.
Any non-citizen voting in our elections should be put to death.
How about the people bringing them into the country and paying them?
