I was just doing some thinking and math, about the current gap between warrants and shares, and came up with this...
If I sold my 500 shares ($23,605) that would generate enough capital to buy 785 warrants ($14,514) AND pay for the upcoming exercise fee on those 785 warrants (785 x $11.50 = $9,027)
So I could essentially swap my current 500 shares for 785 shares (post exercise) for zero cost, other than the Cap Gains tax (I paid $11.75 per share for them in Oct '21)
If the price gap between warrants and shares continues to increase then I'm going to seriously consider this.
Nice. I've got 2,000 warrants in my IRA, but at $12.82 cost basis. So I'm still up on those, but I wish I would have loaded up when they were dirt cheap, like you did!
Picked up 300 more warrents.
Thanks for the dip.

I've thought this too. I'm sitting on ~500 shares, and I loaded up on warrants when they were about $4.50.

Sell them high and buy the warrents low, have a thousand or more. Just have to risk the price spiking and you have neither......
This up and down shitshow is going to continue for awhile I bet.
Any idea when we can convert warrants to stock?
No. We are just waiting on the company to ok it.
Thank you
DJTW?
DJTWW is the ticker for the warrents.
