They can be forgiven while they rot in prison.
Forgiveness does not mean they are free from consequences from their actions.
But, sending the janitors to prison is a bit harsh. It's not like they had any decision making for the agency.
I'm trolling for the sake of discourse.
I say hang the publically traitors, prison is too kind.
