How many members of congress, have dual citizenship with Israel?
A lot of them have dual citizenship by default because Israel considers anybody in the world that practices Judaism to be a citizen of Israel.
There are about 40 members of Congress who are Jewish. The majority of them have never been to Israel or have any ties to Israel outside of them being Jewish.
Biden's cabinet secretaries are a different story. 100% Jewish most with ties to Israel.
All members of the House and the Senate must write out an oath of how and why they support Israel or their chances of winning re-election are slim to none.

There used to be an actual oath up until the mid 90s when too many congress members just said they didn't understand the oath they signed so it was changed so that each member had to write their own oath in their own words so that it's understood who they are pledging their allegiance to.
No Biden admin officials have valid, properly executed oaths of office intentionally so they cannot be prosecuted for treason, only fraud. No death penalty for fraud, but if no oath, then no lawful authority or immunity, and statutory monetary damages for fraud are 3x actual and 200x punitive.
Not taking an oath is not a "get out of jail free" card for treason.

None of them have an oath of office on record. If they didn't write an oath to Israel they wouldn't be in their positions.
