Getting the courts to enforce that is an entirely different matter.
You are correct...much legislation is illegal...it is then up to us to challenge it in our corrupt court system...but unfortunately it is deemed legal until proven illegal...we are between a rock and a hard place...
Plus the court system is totally rigged by the powerful. Some of the rulings are so blatantly corrupt that it is jaw dropping.
