His official term as President expires imminently and as he has cancelled elections, there is no legal mechanism to stay in power, if he simply remains, he is considered a dictator and illegitimate under International law. Looks like President Putin is about to send in the ex filtration teams for these Nazis, Showtrials coming up.

If they offer a bounty and a pardon. They might not need even need Russian Spec Ops teams. Either the Foreign Mercs that are in Ukraine or Ukrainian Soldiers would hand him and his officials over.
