Reminder, no such declaration was made against students who expressed blatant anti-white or anti-law enforcement sentiment during the BLM riots. Only one group is afforded such protections.

How is this legal? Aren't these Federal jobs?
Thank goodness all backbone is not gone
the curtain is really being pulled back, isnt it?
Mainstream media started saying “it’s all George Soros!” And people just ate it up. “Well if George soros is responsible, I guess I’m against it”
Despite the fact that every establishment politician from both sides is extremely pro Israel.
Not every. They've certainly been put into an uncomfortable position here and that's why I will continue to laugh at both sides of that argument.
Dumb people still think there is a side to be taken other than America (or at least, their country where applicable).
But while they struggle between Islamists and Israel and try to play both sides, I just get to laugh as they stretch themselves too thin.
You destroy private property, you trespass you break the LAW sorry not a very good example of officer of the court with good standing. I’d say pretty childish. Officers of the court are meant to promote the proper administration of justice. The term most frequently refers to judges, clerks, court personnel, and police officers. Attorneys are also officers of the court and owe the court a duty of candor and obedience to court rules.
got ya
If the protest for the people of Gaza I am with the 1000%, but like ourselves the people of Gaza are trapped with their Cabal overlord’s Hamas. I have a Palestinian friend “Sammi”, a gentle soul and a good man. He took his American girlfriend to Gaza, she’s wonderful. She went on and on how friendly and beautiful the people there were, even though they had nothing they gave her whatever they had. We are being lied too.
Of course we're being lied to, on every front.
Average people everywhere are great, I don't think it necessarily matters where you are.
That's also why our continued involvements in foreign wars is ridiculous, because each side of those wars have a major stake and justification for engaging in said war and by external forces getting involved, we change the dynamic, create more resentment (aimed at us, naturally) and presume to know better than A side or B side.

This is why lawyers should be forbidden to hold legislative office.
I have asked this question in many fora and of lawyers in person: is it violation of the separation of powers or merely an actionable conflict of interest for a sworn officer of the judicial branch to also serve as a sworn officer of the legislative branch?
Any lawyer who serves in the legislative branch should leave the bar association before taking office and be required to apply for re-admittance after leaving the legislative branch. If this involves re-taking the bar association can then so be it.
I guess they better learn how to be a plumber now.
I don't have a problem with lawyers being judges. I don't have a problem with comprehensive legal knowledge being a requirement to rule in court.
Activism and legislating from the bench are a major issue that needs to be curbed though.
