Folks, time to put up or shut up. This is a quick video which provides specific EOs, documents etc. Time to do some digging and verify whether what he says about each document and the timing is correct or not.
Once Anons have confirmed that the objective content in this clip is correct, we can debate whether that implies Trump is the CIC or not, according to this.
Documents:
Law of war - June 2015
Military Justice Act 2016, and indeed put into effect in 2017 as NDAA
Federal Continuity Directive 1 Jan 17 2017
FCD 2 June 2017
Latest FCD Dec 2023
EO 13961 issues continuity directives
Does it show how all 3 branches of government are under the CIC in a Continuity of Government setting?
EO 13912
Did Trump effectively declare War conditions under this? This claim seems to be very shaky
US Code: Title 10
10 U.S. Code § 2127: Training
2308: Renamed - Acquisition of military equipment
2314: Repealed in 2022
14 U.S. Code § 3735 - Authorized number of officers
I'm not sure why he mentions the DoD Law War Manual and doesn't bring it up again. Just that it was issued 4 days before the Escalator. Seems like an unnecessary piece of evidence.
The USSC did not write the Military Justice Act. I don't know why he said that.
Continuity of Government planning has always been a thing in case of nuclear attack, or what EO 13912 was planning for, a pandemic.
The cannons. Dear god the cannons. Folks how do you do do a 21 gun salute with 4 cannons?! You can't. You do 7 volleys with 3 guns, or 3 volleys with 7.
I'm not sure what is to debunk here. Documents exist, his, and a lot of folks' interpretation of what to most folks is banal bureaucratic tailings is what is not backed up by said documents.
And why would you want it to be? Why would anybody want their government to be as brittle as a little extra sneaky paperwork and suddenly Joe Biden is the Commander-in-Chief of the Military when he leaves next year? Fuck that. And what does that say about our pull out of Afghanistan? Or shipping weapons to Ukraine? Trump was CiC apparently for that? And this guy would say, 'no well, article 1234 says'
Some observations: 1) DEW weapons use, were they stopped? a. No. b. Who used them in California 2018, and Lahaina, Hawaii 2023: China, Russia, and / or the Deep State Shadow Government? I think the Shadow Government. c. Why did the military not stop this? Not all levels of the military acknowledge Trump as de jure President and CIC during this operation restore America. d. Derek J. and MonkeyWerx point out evidence that military at some levels understand Trump is the legitimate winner, but events tell us that not all military are active in protecting us. e. Congress recognized “the other guy” in January 2020, letting him be sworn in. f. Trump did not acknowledge “the other guy” but Trump’s 21 gun salute was made before 12:00 Noon during his 1st Term. 2. Exec. Orders 13912 and 13961 exist. Check, yes. 3. E.O. 13848 election interference, Director of National Intelligence report was late, and wrong. https://www.dni.gov/files/ODNI/documents/assessments/ICA-declass-16MAR21.pdf. a. The military has it all? Yes, from the start. It’s a lot of work to unravel how the flow of voting fraud went back here into the Dominion machines from overseas. Likely that’s still being worked on, witnesses, confessions, and work still being done in the States as well as overseas. b. How did military intelligence about 2020 election interference info Not show an opinion that election interference led to a fraudulent result? (M.I. input is supposed to be part of the Natl. Intell. Council) 4. Strategic Forces (other than DEW malign operators) are the level where MonkeyWerx, Derek J., and Patel Patriot have it right, that in an emergency, if “the other guy”ordered a nuclear weapon use, they might reply: “No, sir”. (lower-case “s” in “sir” intentional)
I'm just an old goat, from Voat and r/conspiracy, but what warrants a sticked comment on a post in this saloon?
Context for sticky, collection of information from the content etc. Sticky comments are up to mod discretion.
So why did you make a sticky comment on this post?
This post contains a video clip with very deep information. For Anons to be able to do any digging on this, the information I added is a useful stepping stone. Hopefully people will add more to the dig. Without this information, with just a title and a clip - most people will simply read the headline and move on and it would be a wasted post.
Derek is not wrong. I don’t need to verify anything.
I read this as "[person] says what I want to hear and makes me feel good, so I'll turn off my critical thinking skills"
That's the attitude of the left, not us, and definitely not on GAW
