I have a feeling that the WHs are starting to put the squeeze on in anticipation of the mass deportations. Timing this so Trump can make it happen quickly. Many things will happen at warp 8 (accounting for limited resistance) when Trump is back. He looks at 4 years being a short amount of time to get everything done that he wants.
