Maybe it ended with some plan to actually do something about it, but if anything was going to have been done about it I think they wouldn't have waited 9 years to do it.

That would generally be people that engage with insults instead of rebutting points. I basically asserted two things:
Should be easy enough for you to tell me what that is and why it makes any difference.
Nothing of consequence has happened to any of the people he mentioned, so it should be easy for you to tell me what plan there is to change that.
