I believe many scenes are real, but the second scene in the room with the window breaking looks weird - the paper postcards on the stand don’t move when the window breaks and some stuff is flying around in the room. The postcards should at least vibrate.

My son had a topo Chico bottle on his balcony that didn’t move but his cushions blew off. I can assure you this storm was very real
