Eh, not sure about that. As Trump says, policing in our country is inherently & intentionally corrupt and aligned with the deep state, and most police departments should be dismantled. The police are a tool of persecution of patriots

The Police work for the same Government that is infringing your rights. The Sheriff can be a slightly different scenario since that is an elected position and they've tended, at least in my small County, to better protect the rights of citizens.
