And where is Bandar bin Sultan now? His name suggests he is royalty.

The Wiki (rollseyes) on him shows he ducked under for a while in the noughties, re-appeared briefly in the teens, and then disappeared again with rumours of an assassination attempt. Of course, he has lots of mansions to hide in.

He was a grandson of Ibn Saud, founder of Saudi Arabia.

Pretty much everyone who is anything in SA are kids or grand kids of Ibn Saud. A single crypto jewish family has been running modern SA since the fall of Ottomon Empire.
