The point about blue-on-blue conflict. i.e. FBI and USSS, is that such a warrant would mean they could start shooting and the other (also armed) party would just shoot back, in self defence - no matter what could happen if Trump was in the firing line. It simply does not hold water, to say it is standard procedure, because the raid was anything but standard, and required a proper risk assessment - not a shoot-to-kill order, which could have ended in a bloodbath.

In any case it looks very bad to say it is a standard procedure, because that means that any raid, on any hapless citizen, could mean they can be killed for twitching, and the now-rogue agency can raid for any reason - say a mean tweet. The FBI and the White House have just declared war on WE the people.

The FBI lost "credible deniability" a LONG time ago. We The People see this and know this. They may never get their credibility back, and deservedly so.
