Why weren't the blades on any of these windmills spinning with the high winds? I saw one very slowly rotating but none of the others.
I wouldn't want any of these guys around me in an emergency situation. Too much shrieking.

I noticed that, too. Only one had blades barely turning, the others not at all. It was, like, free energy, man! LOL!
