That's why I like crypto. You know there's hundred of crypto out there. No centralized anything. I just absolutely love it that we don't need to go thru any bank at all.
The concept of decentralized Crypto on a public ledger is fantastic. Exactly what we need. However for them to be anything more than a toy, I do believe the tech needs to evolve a bit more. Its probably already there, but not public.
As i learn about it I'm warming to it. The block chain ledgers are what I like about it. I also think ALL personal record keeping should be done that way and remove it all from government control. All land documents, property documents, professional and personal papers and registries in the hands of the owner only. Kill all the taxation amd make government fund itself legally through commercial tarrifs on trade between states and pther nations. .
I agree. Patrick Byrne had devised such a ledger for stocks so that no one can manipulate stocks, and the SEC objected to it saying it would inhibit their ability to do their ahem manipulate job.
But yeah, I think we are headed to that place where everything will be transparent.

Byrne's tZERO is a key part of the theory of what's being done with the current revolution involving short basket stocks.
I wish I could link to some research showing tZERO's evolving integration with NYSE, but I don't really want to spend an hour trying to find them.
For government use there needs to be very little privacy
I believe so. I am waiting for it.
