Nah. China is in a weaker position than we're told. Zi will need Taiwan as a bargaining chip when Trump gets back in office. If Trump doesn't win, I think Taiwan is doomed. That's just my opinion.

Interesting thought. BUT, is it better to control Taiwan, the semiconductor capital of the world? Owning it and controlling semis is a strong position.

They have to do it before Trump gets back into office. Otherwise, they can't do it because Trump will unleash hell on Earth for the Chinese... I wouldn't be surprised if you're right because just taking Taiwan isn't an easy feat.
