You are correct, First, reduce money card until it’s zero, next cut food variety to less desirable foods, like spam, then reduce electricity, move them to section 8 housing, move them to tent city. Cut all payments to sanctuary cities, heavily fine anyone caught voting.
An alternative: pass a law that anyone that has come to this country illegally can never become a citizen. Give them a couple of months to self deport to cancel out their illegal entry. Death penalty for any non citizen that votes in our elections. That removes a chunk of them. Eliminate anchor babies. Eliminate asylum. Get entirely out of the asylum business instantly.
