It was a poorly emoted joke :) I was implying that no one who can get into office would free Julian Assange.
I do think that's something else going on with him and wikileaks type of stuff though. It comes across to me like it was intentional disclosure given to Assange, so anyone attempting to pardon/free him would be associating with the concept of leaking documents.
Feels like everything has to be squeaky-clean by-the-book until a later date

Because he should’ve pardoned him when he was in office the first time. What’s been done to Julian Assange is a travesty.
Good planning requires accurate timing. I don’t know the plan, but I trust it.
