I apologize for the vagueness of this question, but I have too much on my plate these days to sort it out.
Background: I try to monitor the Intel_Slava Telegram channel for news on Ukraine, but they often post items on political unrest elsewhere in the world. Lately, they have had occasional posts about a kind of internal political unrest happening in central Asian nations, like Armenia (I think) and maybe Azerbaijan. (I am almost certainly getting this awry, so don't shoot me yet.)
The nature of the unrest is a controversy over laws that have recently been passed by the legislatures of these countries which require Non-Governmental Organizations to register as "foreign agents" if their funding is (say) 30% or greater from foreign sources. I read this and shrug. So what? What is the controversy? Seems entirely reasonable. What's the problem? The NGO could still do legitimate business, right?
But there is vehement outrage over this, which seems to be boiling on the edge of civil war. And outside nations seem to be taking this as a literal hostile act, and there are murmurings of inciting political coups to overturn the governments. This reaction seems far beyond a normal political disagreement, and I don't understand it. Obviously, this would be an obstacle to the corrupt NGOs, but it should be a minor obstacle. Why is it a casus belli? What is the connection to the larger picture?
It is that last question that I think bears research. The western press seems to be ignoring these developments, which is usually an indicator that they are selecting silence deliberately to keep it out of the light. So, if anyone can elucidate what is really going on, I would be all eyes and ears. Thank you.
There are several nations now signing on to something like the Foreign Agents Law: Kazakistan, Georgia, Slovakia, Turkey.
The reason the NGOs are having fits, and our State department, Congress, and Europe in general are raising heck over it is that it will expose the operatives paid by foreign nations (mainly US/CIA and UK/MI6) to take control of the countries. The NGOs are mostly intelligence operations.
They will in effect be doxed, exposed, and no longer be able to operate in the shadows. Intelligence agencies do not want their operations exposed as what they are.
The hit on Fuco of Slovakia was in part as a way to derail the Slovak legislative plans to cut back on the power of the NGOs.
(I have been following this very closely because it is far more important than most realize. It was what made Ukraine possible and they are trying it all over.)
Awesome work fren!
Thanks. I like your take. It seems to fit the bill of the strong controversy and the absent media coverage. But it is something to monitor, because the NGOs seems to be spoiling for a fight (which should alarm the host nation's population).
Wow!
Two posts in one day concerning Armenia.
Read this fren:

The president of Armenia was compromised/bribed etc. by the US/CIA and came down hard in support of Ukraine. The First Lady went to visit Zelensky etc.. Since then he has given away villages to neighboring Azerbaijan. The riots in Armenia are in revolt from this hijacking of their government by their president.
It kinda reminds me of how we are near revolt against Biden for being compromised and giving away American lives and money.
To crib the catchphrase from Arte Johnson of "Laugh-In": "Veeery interesting."
This also would seem to put Pompeo in a good light, retrospectively.
Yes, I thought that too.
Here I go again. Ahem
Because the more dots that are connected, the further up the chain we go. In this case:
"NGO's" => Laundering / committing crimes through against the populations for various nefarious agendas to usher the world into a "One World Order" => Intel Agencies, [C]atholica [I]n [A]ction specifically, along with the others (all work together anyway, "intel cabal") => Proxy states => Vatican City, London, Banker Cartel etc
They don't really care if we expose one node, such as a specific NGO. But for the NGO's to all be put into a special scruteny category, no no no, this cannot be. The NGO is a critical aspect of the proxy chain, and if that's taken out or severely neutralized, all the ground-level criminals such as drug cartels and human traffickers lose their covering. If then that portion of the chain fails, the intel agencies must either get caught trying to fill the void themselves committing these crimes, or the crimes stop. If this happens the populations will suddenly no longer have this mass chaos and destabilization occurring and will be able to breathe, see the playing field, see what life is like (suddenly!) and so on, which will lead to them wondering "wtf has been happening and wtf has just happened which stopped it?!". At this point the proxy states will have nothing to proxy, idk what will happen there, but we have most links in the chain removed and ultimately the agenda of the top of the pyramid ("the eye" as Q called it) will come to a screeching halt. The thing about organized crime is that the system must not be interrupted or the whole thing stops, there's no easy way to readjust. These links are ALL critical or it doesn't work. The proxy network they funnel their actions through is the only thing shielding [them]. All the witnesses against them are documented, during and after the Protestant Reformation, just sitting in the ether waiting to be re-discovered by We The People.
