Tunnels are everywhere. If your town has powerful secret society or strong Jewish communities. You will have tunnels.
There was a collapse at a construction site here in town. They tried to claim a be story, old, abandoned ... But the first photo from a construction worker showed lights powered by electricity.
The vastness and depth of what is hidden from us is staggering. We have quite the fight ahead of us.
My town has tunnels that takes waste heat from a nearby coal fired power plant and uses it to heat buildings downtown. How do I know this? Because one evening a handful of us opened the grating and climbed down into the tunnel on our campus. Guess what we found? No blood stained mattresses. Not chained children. No Jews. No Freemasons worshiping Satan, just a large diameter pipe that was really hot.
When I was located at edgewood Maryland the buildings were all steam heated, sidewalks and all. No need to plow in the winter and laying on the warm concrete after pt felt great
Interesting that you can see under the street/sidewalk in one of the photos posted in the comments.
Will we find tunnels under this building also?

I don't see what's unusual about this. The university I went to was centrally heated by a huge boiler, huge state university
