Ok then, explain how bitcoin can be erased by 1 keystroke. If you think that then you clearly have no understandoing of how it works.
I know more about how it works than most people, maybe including you. I hold multiple patents in IT and have worked with SW for over 45 years. I currently work for a company who offers blockchain technology.
No power, no internet.
No internet, no blockchain.
No maintained blockchain, crypto dies (even with offline wallets, the best you can hope for is a restart / re-access to the blockchain.
TPTB have a “keystroke” that can shutdown the power, internet and therefore crypto.
BTW knowing this I OWN CRYPTO. Why? Because I believe that the good guys will win and I also believe that we will use crypto-like technology for our new financial system (I.e. gold/silver/copper coins.).
I would rather store a safer asset like PMs that could become the backing for crypto 2.0 If SHTF I can use my silver much more easily than you could use your crypto. Ask yourself: would a farmer be more willing to accept a silver coin for food or a piece of paper that claims some future value when the internet comes back (if ever).
It just my opinion and strategy, I’m not dissing crypto, I’m being realistic and planning for multiple scenarios. Peace.
