The only thing that is suspect to me--and this may be a unit conversion matter-- is that my humble little Fidelity terminal shows total open interest on this call at ~22k contracts. Yahoo does show ~144k though:

No idea but if the short hedge funds close their positions the stock will skyrocket and they will go bankrupt. They have shorted this thing to oblivion. MSM reports 20% short. Such lies.

Had I listened to all the talk a few years back and bought $100 worth, I'd be sitting pretty about now. That's how I see it. It is a "We're going to break the oversold "Put" Orders plan." Fascinating and purely educational for me.

First off, 20% short is a lie, its more like 20000000%.
Second, they are saying shorts may close. This tells me it might be the fake squeeze people talked about years ago. Get people to sell for lower prices.
Also, last night the stock was up to 28$ BEFORE RK posted his position on reddit.
Now today they are saying the stock is up because RK posted his position lol.
Such lies, retail does not cause the stock to go up. Retail buys 99% of the time do not hit the lit market. Direct from Gary Gensler's mouth.
