Well damn..... I absolutely agree; innocent until proven guilty, and people being held until their trial / conviction absolutely do NOT deserve conditions like that.

My bad; I obviously misunderstood.

I agree; drug use / possession definitely doesn't deserve hard jail time - assuming it's purely personal & recreational; not a junkie addict who steals often to support their habit, and damn sure not some cartel nor gang member....
