The flippancy of the comment suggests to me an undiscriminating perspective. i.e. "Brain chips are a bad and evil idea that is transhumanist"

I think Elon makes some excellent reasons why this level of tech development can be a great positive for humanity, and that he's advocating for something that is diametrically opposed to the "We are God" insanity of the globohomo transhumanists...
