I live in a 90% white state, and I can assure you that there are people having babies who should not be having babies. I think this meme is too simplistic. Anything can breed, that does not mean they are responsible, mentally or financially capable, loving. The white children in foster care, born to women who have 3 or four kids all from different men, have little chance of growing into adults who will be a contribution to society. As far as the younger generations who do have the means, but do not want to, what sort of life does a child have if the parents are just "meh" about having them? The old days are gone, men used to wait until they had an income and a place to bring his bride home to start a family, natural law was in place intuitively, there was no abortion or birth control, so becoming a parent was understood to be a mature and cherished adventure between two people. For decades now, women see that having a baby, with or without a mate, and too often unmarried, was a ticket for state benefits. I don't know the solution except for those of us who are parents to make sure to raise good men and women so that they have the values necessary for parenting. He has babies all over the place, who is raising them, a nanny? I've cared for too many adults who were born disabled from early abuse, drugs, alcohol and mothers themselves with intellectual disabilities to take lightly bringing a child into the world.

The welfare state has become daddy, and that is what needs to change, no matte what the howls will be about "muh rights!"
Yeah, my parents were both shit! Thank God for grandparents...
