As much as this looks like Hunter, I don’t think it is. People took screenshots and the tattoos don’t match and the man looks Asian. He has done evil acts, but I think this came out to trick us.

Depending on which laptop exactly, as he seemed to have abandoned more than one, didn't the possessors make backups for safety? Mac the repair shop guy and Giuliani, who each had legal possession of one of them, should have copies in their own control and with lawyers. Nosy Apple people certainly would have looked in their cloud as well. Cloud just means "other people's computers,) so handing your stuff over to strangers is about as safe as it sounds.
