Lightning is pre-signed on-chain transactions, those signatures are updated without being broadcast. It's very simple. Chain security is always present. You're just a retard.
A lightning channel takes 50vB to open, 144KvB are mined in a day. That's 3M channels a day or 1B channels a year... learn to use a calculator.
