This is not correct. A Van de Graaff generator generates and stores static electricity (discharging all when a threshhold is reached), and a Tesla coil generates and continually DISCHARGES high frequency alternating current.

They are apples and oranges.

I think the plan started before Trump was ever involved. Trump was only about seventeen and half years old when John F Kennedy was assassinated, and in my opinion the plan began in ernest when they killed Kennedy. It may have been in its early stages before he was killed. Obviously someone had told him what was happening or he wouldn't have been giving speeches informing the people of the vast conspiracy against them.

Most of you have seen it. Look at the aerial view of JFK memorial, you will get a data point of how far back.

I think the plan goes back to JFK assassination and Trump was probably approached by white hats in the eighties or nineties
