Wipe out the “No Go” zones, check citizenship/green cards/visas. Deport all that are here illegally or over stayed visas. How many other countries citizens are here from over stayed visas. Deport all of them.

Then if they were willing to eat that, then we put them in religious school for 4 years. If they can pass through, then after that, they can be citizen.
