That is an Erewhon smoothie, which is between $12-23 depending on flavor. It also means he lives in California since Erewhon is a small chain of luxury grocery stores

Interesting name. There was a motivational company long long ago that used to do corporate retreats. I even went to one of those and learnt that the name is reverse of Nowhere. Wonder if they are connected to this one.
