Blame the Federal government (EPA, Dept. of Transportation), the train system, state government (including DeWine), and the company transporting the chemicals. What lawsuits are being done to hold those accountable?
A thought that just occurred to me is that the amount of hype and blowup we created over this may be the reason there haven't been a dozen others this bad since. I think they get cold feet and try something else somewhere else. It's not ideal but the more we keep them running and scrambling the better.
