in fact, these are much less indiscriminate.
war has always been hell. just make sure you're fighting on the same side as God.
So you'd bomb people that have surrendered? That doesn't seem like side of God to me.
that's between the drone operator/programmer and God.
does a scud rocket know who has surrendered? a guided bomb? a nuclear bomb? an ICBM?
like I said, all of those methods and more are far more indiscriminate. someone with a gun can also shoot someone who is running away. its common in war.
They are launched by a person. They don't launch themselves.
