This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

Some tips. Best to crush garlic and eat it raw with your food within 5-10 mins of crushing it for the most effect, but just using it for cooking works too. (Its very spicy when you eat raw, so be careful until you get used).
You can add Turmeric to pretty much any dish where you stirfry spices. You can also add turmeric to hot milk and honey with ginger and garlic (and any other tea spices you prefer) and boil it to make a delicious drink commonly known as golden milk.
Honey is most effective when eaten raw and only consume Manuka honey with high purity, otherwise its just sugar.
In addition, doing intermittent fasting, cutting off all preserved food and all sugary food and alcohol is probably the quickest way to fight inflammation but also get healthy and lose weight in general.
