The easiest way would be Coinbase. Make an account. Link your debit card or bank acct to Coinbase. Once approved, buy BTC.

There are other exchanges of course, but it's a lot without someone to walk you through the process.

I buy it on Robinhood. It's very simple. Coinbase is also good. Look into cold storage though. You won't want to leave your Bitcoin on exchanges.
