This eventually and indirectly ended up with the obtaining of what later became known as The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

They tried the same in England between 1640 - 1660 but failed to follow through, however they succeeded in instituting the Bank of London. Learning from that experience they succeeded very well with the French Revolution. That was the beginning of the end, really.
