Consider the angle/tilt of the left window: Where the sheet of paper should be to show up in reflection? It’d be outside of the car on the opposite side of the windshield. What does it mean? These letters have been added using photoshop.
Also in the reality the text would be mirrored (not easily readable).
Someone added the “reflection” of the paper and wanted to make it easier to read so mirrored the image.
Mirroring it - gives a plausible deniability- “Yes, it’s just because it was a selfie mode on the mobile”, but the surreal angle necessary for this paper to be in a reflection proves that someone added it. Added and then took care for it to be readable, … so we spot it.

No the writing is backwards if camera wasn't in selfie mode.
these letters face out the window so if you unmirror the image it makes more sense why its like this.
