Nope. Think bigger. This is part of the Dem's plan.

They nominate Joe; before the election, Joe states he wants to retire and will not accept the presidency; the Dems get to name a new candidate; and they're home free. No 25th, no Kamala.

That's how it will work.

It's already too late in Wisconsin. Nevada's deadline is today. Not sure if Ohio's problem was resolved or not.

Several states only allow for a replacement candidate due to death.

The Dems screwed with a bunch of election dates just to rig the game for Biden's convenience and now they're stuck with the fallout.
