Technically boarder wouldn’t be a classified as a misspelling.
As Boarder is a word. Older word though.
But depending on context it can refer to a member of a Naval Boarding Party. Or a renter at a Boarding House.
It is a misspelling if it is used out of context which it is. The proper spelling in this case is border so I would see this as a misspelling.
It's not the same word.
