the way AI just magically appeared everywhere a couple years ago tells me they've had the tech for a while now. We got a "hidden tech disclosure" and didn't even realize it. Since then I've watched some B grade documentaries from the EARLY 2000s with AI-generated narrators, though if I had watched them pre-AI release I would not have known. I wasn't familiar with how they sounded, their little tells etc
I love pointing out to normies just how weird it is that Open Ai just appeared out of nowhere. It usually comes up when a normie is telling how weird everything is, but like you said most haven’t realized just how weird it truly is that we were given it in they way we were given it.

I think ai "discoveries" will be the perfect way whitehats can release hidden tech in the future. They will just say ai helped us figure it out.
