Yes. Time to issue "Notice of Liability" to anyone trespassing on your or your family detailing the violation(s). If the violations do not cease or are not corrected to your satisfaction, then you have standing to sue in Federal District Court for $405 filing fee if you doing it Pro-Se (for yourself).
