W. Virginia v EPA (2022): Admin courts are unconstitutional, all Article II agencies must use Article III judiciary to enforce laws (applies to IRS, reinforced by SEC v Jarkesy)
[stripping of enforcement mechanism for ~95% of Fed gov’t]
Chevron Doctrine overturned (6-28-24): Article II “rules and regulations” are NOT Laws, but are now “UNOFFICIAL ACTS”
[stripping of authority for ~95% Fed gov’t]
Trump Immunity Decision (7-1-24): Executive branch has zero immunity for “UNOFFICIAL ACTS”, and individuals may be prosecuted personally for civil and criminal fraud when performing “UNOFFICIAL ACTS” while working in official capacity.
[stripping of immunity for ~95% of Fed gov’t]
BIG TAKEAWAY:If you are currently a Federal employee and you attempt to enforce ANY non LAW, you are probably going to prison, but expect to be sued for Civil Fraud at a minimum and pay out-of-pocket 3x actual and 200x punitive damages (statutory fraud penalties).
Note that fraud has no statute of limitations so we will be very busy for the next 20 years suing 2024 Federal workers (post 6-28-24 acts) into financial oblivion and putting them in prison (Looking at you new, armed IRS agents).

Does this apply to the VA and all the bullshit they pull
Yes. Time to issue "Notice of Liability" to anyone trespassing on your or your family detailing the violation(s). If the violations do not cease or are not corrected to your satisfaction, then you have standing to sue in Federal District Court for $405 filing fee if you doing it Pro-Se (for yourself).
I have a question. Local police departments-most definitely the Democratic City police departments use a lot of federal funds for their yearly budgets. This also empowers many of the police officers to claim local tax payers do not pay their salaries.
If a police officer enforced policies over the Constitution- could they too also lose their qualified immunity automatically now? From what I have learned is they have to be informed by the person they are doing such a thing to…
I am for Police 100 percent if they are for the real law of the land. They were supposed to serve and protect the innocent but now they only say they serve and protect and leave the end out. lol
Unclear how this is going to shake out at the state level yet. We need to see a Writ of Prohibition or Writ of Mandamus against corporate county gov'ts which are subsidiaries of STATE CORPORATIONS which are Municipal Service Corporations laid on TOP of sovereign states in violation of Article IV, Section 4.
Every action by STATE, COUNTY, and CITY corporate employees is already unconstitutional, but Federal Gov't so far has refused to invalidate the contract that sovereign state has signed with the MSC, effectively delegating its sovereignty to a foreign entity, domiciled in D.C. Likely action will need to be sovereign state Governor issuing Executive Order cancelling the MSC contract.

Now you’re talking my language.
I wish we could do this in Ireland.
