It's crazy he needed a three-year-long investigation to prove their existence. If he did any amount of research online, he could have out in like two seconds.
To be fair there are lots of rules to what can be counted as evidence. My guess is they had to prove the existence, probably text messages and money transfers, as well as their exact involvement.
That's why it is important to George Soros to have District Attorneys that ensure none of these people are charged in the first place and thus never arrive at a place where a Judge can do something about it.
Theres only two reason why they havent been held accountable yet: they only operate in areas where they know there's a weak police presence and/or in areas they know the pols/bureaucrats in charge won't prosecute the crimes they commit.
The road blocks for anyone, let alone a judge, to walk, climb or jump over to find the truth in a situation/organization like Antifa - must be MONSTROUS!! No wonder it took 3 years.
I think it's part of the Q plan & we will see more & more of this as we approach November. If the white hats put more & more of the enemy in jail (with sentences at least until Jan 20th) then they won't have the numbers to stuff ballot boxes or stage a color revolution after. It come to me now that, not being this harsh before was to deceive the enemy that they have the numbers. If the white hats accelerate it this late in the game the cabal doesn't have time to reinforce.
I, also, just heard through mutual friends that the one person that I know that (told me he) joined antifa has turned his life around & found gainful employment. He's probably still of that extreme libtard mentality but less or a of the cabal. I just see the trend, either through attrition or though jail sentences there will be too few of them.
