Same. Old age and illness do not excuse the decades of evil done by these people. They will get zero sympathy from myself as well.

I'd give them sympathy, with appropriate penance. Aka White hat theory. It's just insanely unlikely. If Joe came out and in a dementia rant spilled all the beans, it would be amazing to watch the press try and put Humpty Dumpty together again
