Is this real? TPV is the only news site I can find on the matter. Surely there are other details available if this is real: what leaders? When and where was it signed? What else is in the treaty?
I ask because this could be amazing redpill material to share around if I could definitively show that it’s not made up.

Authenticating the source is always the challenge with TPV. They often don't check out. Maybe that's why earlier this year a mod said TPV stories would be banned.
I get it though, sometimes TPV does good work, but always verify the source before sharing.
Look in to TPV. The founder is Sean Tablahahahaha. He and another guy were the first Legally Married Gay Couple in England. TPV aka NewsPunch aka YourNewsWire was always designed and created as a clickbait disinformation operation.
