Colbert then queues up an old, blurry, 1989 'Life Call' commercial where the old granny is laying on her back next to her walker, unable to get up. But this time her frail voice yells out loudly, "I've fallen, NOW BRING ME THE NUCLEAR CODES!"

Colbert suggested Biden looks like the Crypt Keeper, has skin so translucent you can see through it and with his reduced work hours should be nicknamed, 'Sleepy Joe.' (Which is what Trump's been calling him for years.) He says Joe should hand over the reins to a younger candidate.
